選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①研究実施許可日から2022年12月の期間に、大浜第１病院において、全身麻酔下に婦人科腹腔鏡手術を受ける症例
②20 歳以上70歳以下
③米国麻酔学会における全身状態分類（American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status : ASAPS）においてClass 13に該当する患者

1.Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia at Ohama Dai-ichi Hospital from the date of approval to conduct the study to December 2022.
2.20 to 70 years old
3.American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Class 1-3.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①麻酔時に臭化ロクロニウム以外の筋弛緩剤の使用を予定する患者
②妊婦、神経障害・神経筋疾患を有する患者、ペースメーカー患者（いずれも使用装置の添付文書上、使用禁忌・使用注意に該当する）
③筋弛緩薬臭化ロクロニウム及び筋弛緩拮抗薬スガマデクスナトリウムに対するアレルギーの既往がある患者
④筋弛緩モニタを貼付する箇所の皮膚異常を有する患者
⑤測定予定上肢の可動域制限がある患者

1.Patients planning to use muscle relaxants other than rocuronium bromide.
2.Pregnant women, patients with neuropathy/neuromuscular disease, patients with pacemakers
3.Patients allergic to rocuronium bromide and sugammadex sodium
4.Patients with skin abnormalities at the site of application of the monitor
5.Patients with limited range of motion of the upper extremity to be measured
