目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
40歳以上60歳未満の成人がリスクスクリーニング検査（My Nightingale検査）を実施した後の生活習慣に関する行動変容と本検査のヘルススコアの改善について評価する。
また、人間ドックを受ける方を対象とし、人間ドックの結果とMy Nightingale検査の関連についても調べる。

Also, research correlation with comprehensive health checkup results and My Nightingale results.

人間ドック受診時にMy Nightingale検査を受け、結果を返却する。検査から3~6か月後にMy Nightingale検査と人間ドックのフォローアップ検査を受ける。

1.本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け､同意能力があり､十分に理解した上で自由意思により志願し、文書で参加に同意した方
2.同意取得時の年齢が40歳以上60歳未満の方
3.BMIが25未満の方

1.Persons who received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of the exam, have the capacity to consent, applied with free will with sufficient understanding, and agreed to participate with a written document
2.Healthy Japanese who are 40 years old or more and less than 60 years old
3.Persons whose BMI is less than 25

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.試験開始前1ヶ月間に、他の試験に参加した方、あるいは本研究同意後に他の試験に参加する予定のある方
2.妊娠中、生活習慣病の治療中の方
3.試験統括医師及び研究代表者の判断により不適格と判断した方

1.Persons who have participated in other tests within the first month before the start of the test, or those who intend to participate in another exam after consenting to this exam
2.Persons who are pregnant and treat life-style related disease.
3.Persons who were judged as inappropriate for study participants by the principal investigator
