2018年,日本の成熟期就労女性に対してpreconception care (以下PCC)啓発のために，健康教育プログラムを実施し評価をした。今回，2018年の評価を基に改善した，リーフレットと新たに作成した動画を用いて，日本の青年期女性に対し，PCC啓発のための健康教育セミナーを実施し評価を行うことを目的とした。

In 2018, a health education program was implemented and evaluated for preconception care (PCC) awareness among mature working females in Japan. The present study aimed to conduct and evaluate a health education seminar for PCC awareness among adolescent females in Japan using leaflet and newly created video, which were improved based on the 2018 evaluation.

主な結果/Results
日本語
介入群67人の「PCCの知識」9項目中7項目は,セミナー直後に「正しい」と回答した人数が増加した. 「加齢と妊孕力の低下」「低出生体重児と将来の生活習慣病」「葉酸と胎児の神経管閉鎖障害」「性感染症と不妊」「持病と妊娠」の5項目については,セミナー直後から6か月後に「正しい」と答えた人数が減少した.対照群52人は,「PCCの知識」9項目中8項目について「正しい」回答した人数に変化はなかった.
健康増進ライフスタイルプロフィールの下位尺度は,介入群,対照群ともに6か月後に得点の増加はなかった.

Immediately after the seminar, the number of participants who answered "correct" to seven of the nine "PCC knowledge" questions among the 67 participants in the intervention group increased. For the five questions the number of participants who answered "correct" decreased six months after the seminar. For the 52 participants in the control group, the number of participants who answered "correct" to eight of the nine "PCC knowledge" questions did not change.
