目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	肺非結核性抗酸菌症に対して人参養栄湯による治療開始前と治療(６ヶ月)後の栄養状態、検査所見、QOLなどを確認し有効性と安全性を比較検討する。	To confirm the nutritional status, laboratory findings, and quality of life of patients with pulmonary non-tuberculous mycobacteriosis before and after (6 months) treatment with ginseng yoeito, and to compare the efficacy and safety of the treatment.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	・肺非結核性抗酸菌症の病勢に関連する項目 　　　　CAT、画像所見(胸部X線、CT)、細菌学的検査(喀痰など)、臨床検査値(CRP) 　　　・人参養栄湯の副作用に関連する項目 血圧、AST、ALT、ALP、総ビリルビン、アルブミン、クレアチニン、BUN、γGTP、 カリウム 尿検査：尿蛋白(定性) 　　　・栄養状態、QOLに関連する項目 食事摂取量(問診にて聴取)、咳関連QOL、簡易栄養状態評価表、 体重、臨床検査値(WBC、RBC、Hb、TP、Alb)	CAT, imaging findings (chest X-ray, CT), bacteriological examination (sputum, etc.), laboratory values (CRP). Blood pressure, AST, ALT, ALP total bilirubin, alubumin, creatinine, BUN, ganma-GTP, and Potassium Urinalysis ; urine protein (qualitative) Dietary intake (interview), cough-related QOL, simple nutritional status evaluation chart, body weight, clinical laboratory values (qualitative), Weight, laboratory values (WBC, RBC, Hb, TP, Alb)

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	(1)　細菌学的または臨床的に診断された肺非結核性抗酸菌症の患者 (2)　同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の患者 (3)　ECOG Performance statusが0又は1の患者 (4)　本研究への参加について十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思により文書による同意が得られた患者	(1) Patients with bacteriologically or clinically diagnosed pulmonary non-tuberculous mycobacteriosis (2) Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of consent (3) Patients with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (4) Patients who fully understand and freely consent to participate in this study in writing.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	(1)　 人参養栄湯の投与が禁忌である患者 (2) 担当医師が本研究の対象として不適当と判断した患者	(1) Patients with contraindications to the administration of Ninsin Yoeito (2) Patients who are deemed inappropriate for this study by the physician in charge
