後遺症を含むCOVID-19が関連する抑うつ状態に対し、双方向オンラインによる対人関係カウンセリング (online-Interpersonal counseling: o-IPC) が有効である可能性を、探索的レベルの準無作為化対照試験で科学的に示すことを主要目的とする。

o-IPC群と待機群における、初回カウンセリング前または待機開始前から介入後の各測定時点(4週間後、8週間後、12週間後）までの簡易抑うつ症状尺度（Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology: QIDS-J)得点の変化量の比較

The primary endpoint is the comparison of the QIDS-J score changes from baseline to each measurement point (4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks after the intervention) between the o-IPC group and the waiting group.

1.研究の趣旨を理解し研究参加への文章同意が得られる者
2.COVID-19に関連した抑うつ状態を訴える者
3.Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology 日本語版（QIDS-J）で6点以上の者
4.何らかの疾患で通院加療中である場合は、主治医から研究参加の許可が得られる者

1.Those who understand the purpose of the research and can obtain the written consent to participate in the research.
2.Those who complain of depression related to COVID-19
3.The score of Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology Japanese version (QIDS-J) is 6 points or more
4.Those who can get permission to participate in the research from the attending physician if he / she is undergoing outpatient treatment due to some illness.

本研究への参加希望者の抑うつ状態が高く、MINI陽性者を除外基準とした本研究の対象者が集まらなかった。そこで、MINI陽性者も対象者とした研究である「新型コロナウイルス感染症およびその後遺症に関連するメンタルヘルス悪化に対する対人カウンセリングの有効性の探索的検討」を「関西学院大学人を対象とする生命科学・医学系研究倫理委員会」の承認のもと新たに行うことになったため、本研究は中止とした。
