日本語
研究1：一般児童生徒もしくは競技特性のある小児期において、頭部外傷等による脳振盪経験者がいる家庭に対して、アンケート調査を行うこと。
研究２：脳振盪受傷後、競技復帰の許可が出ている小児に対して、生理心理学的指標を用いて、自覚症状以外の指標の経時的変化の観察・検証を行うこと。

Study 1: This is to conduct a questionnaire survey of families with children who have experienced concussion due to head trauma or other causes, either in the general population or in childhood with athletic characteristics.
Study 2: To observe and validate changes over time in non-subjective indicators using physiopsychological measures in children who have been cleared to return to competition after a concussion injury.

研究１：過去の脳振盪と思われる受傷等についてのアンケート調査(単盲検後向き研究・約400名）
研究２：オープン前向き研究・約50名
a. コントロール期（競技シーズンが始まる前） の生理心理・身体機能評価．
b. その後受傷者のみの観察研究・約10-15名
観察期間1：受傷後1～7日目（HRV･他計測1回,唾液･少なくとも1日おき計測).
観察期間2：段階的競技復帰後の回復期1カ月目 （１週間毎），回復期2カ月目（２週間毎），各期間において評価測定を施行．

Study 1: Questionnaire survey of past injuries or suspected cases of concussion (single-blind, backward-looking study; approximately 400 subjects)
Study 2: Open prospective study, approximately 50 subjects.
a. Physiological psychological and physical function assessment during the control period (before the start of the athletic season).
a. Physiological and psychological/physical function assessment during the control period (before the start of the athletic season). b. Observational study of only injured subjects afterwards.
Observation Period 1: Days 1-7 post-injury (HRV, one other measurement, saliva at least every other day).
Observation period 2: First month of recovery period after gradual return to competition (every week), second month of recovery period (every 2 weeks), and evaluation measurements during each period.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

研究１：
1）一般児童生徒、もしくは競技特性のスポーツをしていた小児で、小児期（小・中学校の時期）において頭部外傷等による軽度の脳振盪と思われる経験者をもつ家庭（過去を振り返って記載が可能である家庭）．
2）本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受け、対象家庭の自由意思による賛意が得られた者．
3）対象者が未成年者の場合、代諾者に対して本研究に関する説明を行い、自由意思による同意が得られたことを確認し同意が得られた者．
研究２：
1）一般健康人（小児選手）
2）同意取得時において年齢が5～15歳の者
3）本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、対象者本人の自由意思による口頭賛意が得られた者．
4）未成年者のため、代諾者に対して本研究に関する説明を行い、自由意思による同意が得られたことを確認、文書同意が得られた者．

Study 1:
1) Families of children who have experienced a mild concussion due to head trauma or other causes during childhood (during elementary or middle school), either as general students or as children who played sports of a competitive nature.
2) Subjects who have been fully informed of the study and have given their consent to participate in the study.
3) If the subject is a minor, the study will be explained to his/her surrogate, and his/her free and voluntary consent will be confirmed and obtained.

Study 2:
1) General healthy subjects (pediatric athletes)
2) Subjects who are between the ages of 5 and 15 years at the time of obtaining consent.
3) Subjects who have been fully informed of the study and who have given their free and voluntary oral consent based on sufficient understanding of the subject's participation.
(4) For minors, the study will be explained to the surrogate consenting party, who will be confirmed to have given his/her free and voluntary consent, and whose written consent has been obtained.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）なんらかの疾患・傷害の進行によりアンケート回答継続が困難となった者.
2）研究責任者・委託研究事業社により測定中止すべきと判断された者．
3）その他、不適当と判断した対象者．
研究２：
1）なんらかの疾患・傷害の進行により測定継続が困難となった者．
2）研究参加医師により測定中止すべきと判断された者．
3）その他、研究参加医師が不適当と判断した対象者．

1) Those who are unable to continue to answer the questionnaire due to the progression of some disease or injury. 2) Those who have been judged by the principal investigator or the contract research organization to have discontinued the measurement.
2) Subjects who were judged by the principal investigator or the contract research organization to be in need of discontinuation of measurement.
3) Other subjects deemed inappropriate.
Research 2
1) Subjects who are unable to continue measurement due to progression of some disease or injury.
2) Subjects whose measurement should be discontinued by the participating physician.
3) Other subjects deemed inappropriate by the participating physician.
