| 目的1/Narrative objectives1 | 当院ではCOVID流行という社会的契機によって腹腔鏡手術の脱気・麻酔方法に変化が生じた。これらが術後肩痛に与える影響を検討することで、今後の肩痛発生率低下に向けた予防法を検討することができると考える。 | The COVID epidemic led to changes in laparoscopic gas evacuation and anesthesia methods for laparoscopic surgery at our hospital. By examining the impact of these changes on postoperative shoulder pain, we will consider preventive measures to reduce the incidence of shoulder pain in the future. |

| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 脱気導入前：2020年5月1日から2020年10月30日、脱気導入後：2020年12月1日から2021年5月31日の期間に、大浜第一病院において、全身麻酔下に婦人科腹腔鏡手術を受けた症例 | Patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia at Ohama Dai-ichi Hospital from May 1, 2020 to October 30, 2020 (before the introduction of active degassing) and from December 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021 (after the introduction of active degassing) | |||
