主な結果/Results

日本語
産後1ヵ月健診で同意を得た産褥婦10名を対象に、自身の被養育体験と育児信念の関連を明らかにする目的で面接調査を行った。面接内容を質的帰納的に分析した結果【育児観・信念】【家庭環境】【家族関係】【自己感情と対応】【親との関係性】【大人との関り】の6つのカテゴリーが形成された。【育児信念】は被養育体験、被養育環境と複雑に関連しており、それらを母親が認知し養育することは、母親の心理的健康に貢献でき、主体的な育児参加や必要な支援につながるための重要なきっかけとなることが示唆された。

Interviews were conducted with 10 postpartum women who provided consent during their 1-month postpartum examination to clarify the relationship between caregiving experiences and parenting beliefs. The qualitative inductive analysis revealed six categories: [Parenting views and beliefs], [Family environment], [Family relationships], [Self-emotions and responses], [Relationship with parents], and [Interactions with adults].

産後1ヵ月健診で来院する産褥婦を対象に、インタビュー調査をし、指標となる質的データの収集を行う。インタビュー内容は「被養育体験」「親との関係性」「親のイメージ」「自身の母親像」「現在の育児について」「育児観・信念」「育てられ方が自身の育児にどのように影響していると考えているか」を中心に行う。データの収集は、半構造化面接を用いて行い、録音を行う。面接時間は60分程度。

Interviews will be conducted with puerperal women who come to the hospital for a one-month postpartum checkup. Collect qualitative data as indicators. The interviews will focus on "experience of being cared for," "relationship with parents," "image of parents," "image of one's own mother," "current child-rearing," "views and beliefs in child-rearing," and "how do you think that the experience of being raised affects one's own child-rearing?" Data is collected using semi-structured interviews and recordings. The interview lasted about 60 minutes.
