主な結果/Results

日本語
患者76人中、男性は50.3%、年齢中央値は71歳。結腸癌76例、直腸癌75例。pStageはI期15例、II期34例、III期86例、IV期13例、不明3例。PMまでの期間中央値は19.7か月、追跡期間は41.9か月。RFSは1年75.1%、3年53.7%、5年51.1%、OSは97.7%、87.5%、68.2%。多変量解析でリンパ節転移がRFSの、e-PM切除歴がOSの独立予後不良因子。PM切除後6か月未満の再発は予後不良で、e-PMがその予測因子。

1-, 3-, 5-year RFS: 75.1%, 53.7%, 51.1%; OS: 97.7%, 87.5%, 68.2%. Multivariate analysis: lymph node metastasis predicted poor RFS (HR 1.683, p=0.049), prior extrapulmonary metastasis (e-PM) resection predicted poor OS (HR 2.328, p=0.021). Early recurrence (<6 months) after PM resection linked to worse OS (50.8% vs. 90.2%, p=0.002); e-PM history predicted early recurrence (OR 3.989, p=0.049).
