①大阪府保健所から治療を要請に基づき診療所チームによる自宅入院ケアを実施した新型コロナウイルス感染症で自宅療養患者の特性と、その臨床的な転帰（軽快、救急受診、入院、死亡）を記述する。
②臨床的な転帰（軽快、救急受診、入院、死亡）と関連する因子を探索する

(1) To describe the characteristics of patients with novel coronavirus infection who were treated at home by a clinic team based on a request for treatment from the Osaka Prefectural Public Health Center, and their clinical outcomes (recovery, emergency visit, hospitalization, and death).
