選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	肝疾患患者（非アルコール性脂肪性肝疾患、代謝異常関連脂肪生還疾患の患者を優先）. 内視鏡検査を予定している非肝疾患患者.	Liver disease patients (priority to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and metabolic associated fatty liver disease) . Patients with non-liver disease scheduled for endoscopy.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	研究に同意が得られない患者． 研究の説明を理解できない患者． 内視鏡検査が全身状態より不可能な患者.	Patients who do not agree with the study. Patients who cannot understand the explanation of the study. Patients who cannot underdo endoscopy due to their general condition.

その他関連情報/Other related information	2022年6月から2024年6月の間に当院で上部内視鏡検査を施行した非アルコール性脂肪性肝疾患/代謝異常関連脂肪性肝疾患の患者および非肝疾患患者のうち，選択基準に合致した患者を対象とする．評価項目は十二指腸水平脚における粘膜関連腸内細菌叢および腸液内代謝産物とし，横断研究を実施する．腸内細菌叢は上部内視鏡検査時にブラシ鉗子を用いて十二指腸水平脚から検体を採取し，腸液は吸引チューブを用いて採取する. 採取した粘膜検体と糞便検体を用い, ショットガンメタゲノム解析を行う. また, 腸液中の代謝産物についても解析を行う.	Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease/metabolic associated fatty liver disease and non-liver disease who underwent upper endoscopy at our hospital between June 2022 and June 2024 who meet the selection criteria will be included. The endpoints will be the mucosa-associated intestinal microbiota and metabolites in the intestinal fluid in the horizontal duodenal leg, and a cross-sectional study will be conducted. Intestinal flora are sampled from the horizontal duodenal leg using brush forceps during upper endoscopy, and intestinal fluid is collected using a suction tube. Shotgun metagenomic analysis will be performed on the mucosal and fecal specimens collected. Metabolites in intestinal fluid will also be analyzed.
