日本語
通常のレクリエーションプログラムにアート作業を加える群が加えない群と比較し、アート作業前後の認知機能、意欲、運動・生活機能、心理的幸福度を改善するかどうかを検討することを目的とする。
また脳MRIの容量形態解析結果を比較し、その機序を明らかにすることも目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to examine whether to improve cognitive function, motivation, motor / living function, and psychological well-being before and after art work, compared with the group that does not add art work to a normal recreation program.
It also aims to compare the results of volumetric morphological analysis of brain MRI and examine the mechanism.

アート群（介入群）は通常のレクリエーションプログラムに加えてアート作業を1回30分、週2回、12週間実施する。

Participants in the art group (intervention group) will do art work once for 30 minutes, twice a week for 12 weeks, in addition to the usual recreation program.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
１） 75歳以上の後期高齢者
２） 軽度認知症や脳血管障害、外傷などで介護や支援、リハビリを必要としている。
３） 毎週２日以上通所介護に通い、アート作業を3か月以上継続可能な見込みである。
４） 認知機能障害はあっても、アート作業の概要を理解し行うことができる。
５） マスキングテープを指でちぎり、貼ることができる。

1) Late-stage elderly over 75 years old
2) Long-term care, support, and rehabilitation are required for mild dementia, cerebrovascular diseases, and trauma.
3) It is expected that they will be able to go to outpatient care for 2 days or more every week and continue art work for 3 months or more.
4) Even if there is cognitive dysfunction, it is possible to understand and perform the outline of art work.
5) They can tear off the masking tape with their finger and stick it.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１） 認知症や精神症状、上肢の運動障害が高度でマスキングテープを用いたアート作業を行うことができない高齢者
２） 重大な基礎疾患（がんや予後不良の疾患）のために、アート作業を継続・終了できないと想定される高齢者

英語
1) Elderly people who have severe dementia, psychiatric symptoms, and upper limb movement disorders and cannot perform art work using masking tape.
2) Elderly people who are expected to be unable to continue or complete art work due to a serious underlying disease (cancer or disease with a poor prognosis).
