２．書面で同意書が得られた方

1.healty persons aged between 20 and 70.
2.persons who provided written consent for participation.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）糖尿病・脂質異常症を有する方、代謝に関わる服薬・サプリメント服用のある方、2) 概日リズムや時計遺伝子の変動に影響を及ぼす可能性がある抗精神薬、睡眠薬、ステロイド剤の服用のある方、高度肥満（BMI＞35kg/m2）及び睡眠時無呼吸症候群の方、3）喫煙習慣のある方、4）心臓にペース メーカーあるいは体内に金属製ものを有する（銀歯は除く）方、5）事前調査前の2週間以内に時差を伴う仕事・旅行を行った方（試験期間中も含む）の研究参加をご遠慮頂く。
