本研究では通所リハを利用している地域在住高齢者を対象とし，食品摂取状況を含めた栄養状態と身体機能・認知機能・生活機能との関連を明らかにし，実態把握の一助となることを目的とする。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①利用から 3 か月以上の者（利用開始前 3 カ月間の体重経過が確認できる者）
②体調が安定している者
③立位や歩行がある程度可能な者
④性別不問
⑤本研究の参加の十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者
⑥65 歳以上の要介護認定を受けた者
⑦65 歳以上の介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業対象者

(1) Those who have been using the program for at least 3 months (weight progress can be confirmed for the 3 months prior to the start of use).
(2) Those who are in stable physical condition.
(3) Able to stand and walk to some extent
(4) Persons of any gender
(5) Patients who have been fully informed of the participation in this study, and who have given written consent of their own free will based on sufficient understanding.
(6)Patients 65 years of age or older who have been certified as requiring long-term care
(7) Patients aged 65 or older who are eligible for comprehensive projects for care prevention and daily life support.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①利用から 3 か月未満の者（利用開始前 3 カ月間の体重経過が確認できない者）
②立位や歩行が困難な者
③認知機能低下が著明で測定困難な者
④下肢の浮腫が著明である者
⑤研究責任者が対象として不適当と判断した者
⑥研究の協力が得られない者
⑦経口摂取ではない者

(1) Those who have been using the service for less than 3 months (weight progress cannot be confirmed for the 3 months prior to the start of use).
(2) Those who have difficulty standing or walking.
(3) Those who have difficulty in measurement due to a marked decline in cognitive function.
(4) Those with marked edema of the lower limbs
(5) Those who are judged to be inappropriate as subjects by the principal investigator.
(6) Those who cannot cooperate with the research
(vii) Those who are not taking the food orally.
