研究期間中年に1度運動器健診を実施する。健診の2ヶ月後に結果を参加者に返却し、医療機関受診を含む個別指導を行う。参加者のうち、希望者に対しては、運動指導・栄養指導・睡眠の質の改善を目的とする健康増進プログラムを提供する。

During the study period, a locomotor health examination will be conducted once a year. Two months after the checkup, the results will be returned to the participants, and individual guidance, including visits to medical institutions, will be provided.For those participants who agree, a health promotion program will be offered to provide exercise and nutritional guidance and to improve sleep quality.
