目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	妊娠高血圧腎症は、慢性腎不全と尿中アルブミン排泄を含め病状が大変類似している。慢性腎不全では、腎糸球体内皮上層のグリコかリックス、上皮のポドサイトおよび尿細管の障害を認めることが知られている。本研究では、妊娠高血圧腎症妊婦における尿中アルブミン排泄と腎障害との関連性を明らかにすることを目的とする。	The pathogenesis of preeclampsia (PE) is very similar to that of chronic kidney disease (CKD), including the presence of albumin in the urine. In patients with CKD, glomerular endothelial glycocalyx, podocytes, and renal tubules damages are known to occur, resulting in increased urinary albumin excretion. The present study aimed to assess the relationship between urinary albumin leakage and renal disabilities in the pregnant women with PE.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	尿中アルブミン排泄量測定。グリコかリックス障害の指標として血清ヒアルロン酸、糸球体上皮のポドサイト障害の指標として尿中ポドカリキシン、尿細管障害の指標としてN-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG)とliver-type fatty acid-binding protein (L-FABP)を測定して腎障害の評価とアルブミン排泄との関係を検討する。	We assess urinary albumin and serum hyaluronan (HA) as glycocalyx disability, podocalyxine as podocyte disability, and urinary NAG, and L-FABP as renal tubule disability.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	蛋白尿を認める妊娠高血圧腎症妊婦 妊娠高血圧妊婦 合併症のない妊婦	pregnant women with preeclampsia with proteinuria pregnant women with gestational hypertension uncomplicated pregnant women
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	喫煙、アルコール飲酒、カフェイン大量摂取、甲状腺疾患、高血圧、糖尿病、脂質異常症、肝臓疾患及び内分泌代謝疾患で内服歴のある妊婦	None of the participants smoked, consumed alcohol or caffeine, or had a history of thyroid disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, or liver disease and were not taking any medications known to influence lipoprotein metabolism.
