主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
「皮下脂肪組織・肝臓・腎臓の組織硬度および肝臓内脂肪量」と「臨床データ」の関連の検証。

以下のパラメーターに代表される臨床データとの関連を検証する。
1) 電子カルテ上記載の診療録：身長、体重、血圧、年齢、性別、生活歴、治療内容など
2) 疾患の予後：２型糖尿病、慢性腎臓病、高血圧、心血管病変、肝疾患などの新規発症
3) 血液学的所見：糖・脂質代謝（Glu, HbA1c, インスリン,HOMA-IR, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, TCなど）、腎機能（BUN, Cr, eGFR,尿中タンパク量、尿中アルブミン量など）、肝機能（Alb, AST, ALT, γGTP, ALPなど）
4) 生理検査：心電図検査、心臓超音波検査など
5) 画像検査：他の画像検査所見（腎臓サイズなど）、新しく得られた超音波計測値間（皮下脂肪硬度と肝臓内脂肪量など）も検証する予定である。

1) Medical record (e.g. height, weight, blood pressure, age, sex)
2) Medical prognosis
3) Blood and urine tests (e.g. glucose, HbA1c, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, Cre, BUN, Alb, AST, ALT, gGTP, ALP, U-TP/Cre)
4) Physiological function test (e.g. electrocardiogram, echocardiography)
5) Imaging data (e.g. computed tomography (CT))

慶應義塾大学医学部腎臓内分泌代謝内科外来に通院中の外来患者で、２０歳以上であり、本試験の参加にあたり説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者。

The outpatients (who are older than or equal to 20 years old) in the Division of Endocrinology Metabolism and Nephrology, Keio University Hospital who have given written informed consent to this study.
