本研究の目的は、腹部大動脈瘤に対するステントグラフト術において、Type2 エンドリークの予防を目的としたIMA塞栓が、長期成績に及ぼす影響を検討することである。

本研究は観察研究である。前向きランダム化群間比較試験「大動脈瘤ステントグラフト術におけるType2 エンドリーク予防治療の開発」(UMIN試験ID:UMIN000022147)の参加者を対象とし、Type2 エンドリークの発生頻度、瘤径変化、全生存期間等を観察する。

This study is an observational study. Participants of the prospective randomized controlled trial "Prevention of Type II Endoleak with Embolization of IMA Before Endovascular Aneurysm Repair" performed (UMIN ID: UMIN000022147) are eligible. The endpoints of this study are following, occurrence of Type II endoleak, changes in aneurysmal diameter, and overall survival.
