目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究では遺伝性難聴（非症候群性難聴、症候群性難聴、若年発症型両側性感音難聴、中耳・内耳奇形症例）の原因遺伝子変異の探索と臨床的特徴の解明、臨床診断への応用を目的とする研究である。本研究により新規の遺伝子・遺伝子変異が同定されるなどの成果が得られれば診断率の向上が可能となるとともに、将来的には発症予防や早期治療、適切な治療法の選択などの個別化医療への応用が可能となると期待される。	This study aimed to clarify the genetic cause of Japanese hearing loss patients and also aimed to clinical application in clinical diagnostic use. From the results of this research we expected to clarify the clinical feature of each causative genes.
