(2)大腿骨近位部骨折に対して手術が実施された患者
(3)術後にT字杖で10m歩行可能な者

(2) Patients undergone surgery for hip fracture
(3) Patients who can walk 10m with a T-cane after surgery

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) Mini Mental State Examinationが20点以下の患者
(2) 両手でポールを持つことが困難な患者

方法：通常の歩行練習に加えてPWを実施している者はPW群,通常の歩行練習のみを実施している者は非PW群に分類する。評価項目はT字杖歩行時の歩行速度、下肢疼痛強度、転倒恐怖感とする。
対象者の属性として術後の歩行能力に影響を与える要因(年齢,認知機能,受傷前歩行能力等)を調査する。

Method: Patients are classified into a PW group and a non-PW group. PW group participated patients who perform walking training with poles in addition to normal walking training, non-PW group participated patients who perform normal walking training. The outcomes are walking speed, lower limb pain intensity, and fear of falling. Patient attributes included their age, cognitive function, pre-facture walking ability etc.
