３日間の宿泊を伴う長野滞在。第１群は１日目に赤沢自然休養林を歩き、２日目に伊那市の市街地を歩行する。往復５kmの歩行を含めた5時間の歩行を行う。

Three-day stay in Nagano with overnight stay. The first group will walk in Akazawa Natural Recreation Forest on the first day and walk in the urban area of Ina City on the second day. The walk will last 5 hours, including a 5 km round trip walk.

2. Reside in an urban area in the Kanto region.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①うつ病、認知症及び各種依存症を有している
②本研究に影響があると思われるような薬剤（抗うつ剤など）を服用しており、これらに関連する入院歴・通院歴がある

1. Has depression, dementia, and various addictions.
2. Are taking medications (e.g., antidepressants) that may affect this study, and have a history of hospitalization or hospital visits related to these medications.
