目的1/Narrative objectives1	鍼治療が、慢性呼吸器疾患患者における食欲不振・食事摂取量低下を改善し、体重維持につながるかどうかを明らかにするとともに、慢性呼吸器疾患患者に対する鍼治療の安全性を評価する。	To estimate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture to improve anorexia and dietary intake loss, and to maintain body weight among patients with chronic respiratory diseases

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	85 歳/years-old 未満/>
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1）食欲不振のため、食物摂取量が非常に少ない慢性呼吸器疾患患者 2）体重減少（5％以上/6か月）または低BMI （< 20 kg/m2）の患者 3）書面で同意した患者 4）医師が安定していると判断した患者	1) Patients with chronic respiratory disease who have very low food intake due to loss of appetite 2) Patients with weight loss (5% or more / 6 months) or low BMI (<20 kg / m2) 3) Patients who consented in writing 4) Patients who the doctor has determined to be stable.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	１）悪性腫瘍を有する患者 ２）重篤な心疾患を有する患者 ３）重篤な肝機能不全を有する患者 ４）重篤な腎機能不全を有する患者 ５）重篤な喘息因子を有する患者 ６）膠原病（RA、PM/DMなど）を有する患者 ７）臨床試験中に薬剤の変更が行われた患者 ８）すでに鍼治療を受けている患者 ９）その他、担当医師が不適当と判断した患者した場合	1) Patients with malignant tumors 2) Patients with serious heart disease 3) Patients with severe liver dysfunction 4) Patients with severe renal dysfunction 5) Patients with severe asthma factors 6) Patients with collagen disease (RA, PM / DM, etc.) 7) Patients who have undergone drug changes during clinical trials 8) Patients who have already received acupuncture 9) Patient judged as inappropriate by the researchers
