1．本研究事業の参加に本人から文書による同意が得られた患者
2．18歳以上（同意取得時）の患者
3．J-CATに登録されている脊髄小脳変性症患者のうち、SCA6又はSCA31の患者

2. patient over 18 years old
3. patients with spinocerebellar ataxia type 6 (SCA6) or spinocerebellar ataxia type 31 (SCA31) and registered in J-CAT

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

2. 担当医師が不適当と判断する患者
