介入後8週後(±4週間)、患者が主治医、看護師、薬剤師、妊娠と薬情報センターなどの医療従事者および医療機関に、薬物療法について相談するという行動変容が得られるか

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
１） 千葉大医学部附属病院精神神経科、国際医療福祉大学成田病院精神科、袖ケ浦さつき台病院心療内科で外来通院中もしくは入院中の者
２）米国精神医学会の診断基準であるDSM-5にて精神疾患と診断される患者
３）同意時点で年齢が18歳から40歳までの女性患者
４）妊娠可能な女性（FCBP）の定義にあてはまる者
5）本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者

1. Patients who regularly see a doctor in Chiba University Hospital, IUHW Narita hospital, Sodegaura Satsukidai Hospital.
2. Any psychiatric depressive disorder by DSM-5
3. Patients with 18-40 years of age at study entry
4. Patients with fertility.
5.Written informed consent by patients

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 同意取得時点で妊娠中の患者(観察期間中に妊娠した場合は除外しない)
2) 性被害の経験がある、性別違和を抱えているなど、主治医または試験責任医師、試験分担医師が本試験を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した患者
3) 自殺企図のおそれが切迫している者
4)その他、試験責任医師又は、試験分担医師が本試験を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した患者

2.Patients who have been sexually assaulted, have gender dysphoria.
3.Patients at risk of suicide attempts
4.Patients who are otherwise deemed by the attending physician or principal investigator or sub investigator to be unsuitable for the safe conduct of this study
