本研究の目的は、日本語版mYPASの開発と、開発した尺度を使用し、日本の術前小児患者の不安評価を行い、その信頼性と妥当性を立証することである。

The purpose of this study was to develop a Japanese version of the mYPAS and to use the developed instrument to assess anxiety in Japanese preoperative pediatric patients to establish its reliability and validity.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

本研究で開発した日本語版mYPASを使用して、評価者数人が入室から導入までの撮影動画の小児の術前の不安をスコア化し、 評価者間信頼性を検討する。

1) 信頼性：評価者間信頼性にはκ係数、級内相関係数（ICC）を使用する。

Using the Japanese version of the mYPAS developed in this study, several raters will score children's preoperative anxiety on videos taken from entry to induction to examine inter-rater reliability.
1) Reliability was measured in two ways: interrater reliability and internal consistency. The inter-rater reliability was assessed with kappa.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

2) 妥当性：日本語版mYPASと日本語版STAICとの相関をスピアマンの順位相関係数によって相関係数を求める。
3) ROC曲線解析を行い、Youden indexによるカットオフ値における感度および特異度を求める

2) Spearman's rank correlation test was used to assess the correlation between the Japanese version of the m-YPAS and the Japanese version of the STAIC.
3) Perform ROC curve analysis to determine sensitivity and specificity at cutoff values using Youden index.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 当院で手術（外科、整形外科、耳鼻科、眼科、泌尿器科、形成外科など）を受ける患者
2) アメリカ麻酔学会による全身状態分類（以下ASA-PS）1もしくは2の患者
3) 本研究への参加にあたり、十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者の代諾者による文書同意が得られた患者

1) Patients undergoing surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, urology, plastic surgery, etc.
2) Patients with 1 or 2 by the American society of Anesthesiologists
3) Patients who have received a full explanation of their participation in this study, and who have given written consent on behalf of the patient based on a thorought understanding of the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 日本語を母語としない患者やその代諾者
2) 精神・発達遅滞、神経疾患のある患者
3) 緊急手術症例
4) 代諾者が本研究の参加を拒否した患者
5) 主治医が適当でないと判断した患者

英語
1) Non-native Japanese-speaking patients or their surrogates
2) Patients with mental/developmental retardation or neurological disorders
3) Emergency surgery cases
4) Patients whose surrogate refuses to participate in this study
5) Patients deemed inappropriate by the attending physician

全身麻酔下手術予定5-12歳の児の、手術当日の手術室入室から導入までの様子を動画撮影する。後日、評価者数人で日本語版mYPASを使用して、撮影動画の児の術前の不安をスコア化し評価者間信頼性を検討する。
