主な結果/Results

日本語
1回90分のプログラムを月に1回，合計3回実施した。プログラム1回目を介入前，3回目を介入後とし，介入前後の2時点における比較検討を行った。その結果、体重自己測定の頻度は，ほぼ毎日測定する者の割合が介入前より介入後の方が有意に高かった。栄養状態の有意な変化は介入前後でみられなかったが，BMIは，対象者全体と後期高齢者において介入前より介入後の方が有意に低下した。

A 90-minute program was conducted once a month for a total of three sessions. The results showed that the proportion of participants who weighed themselves almost every day was significantly higher after the intervention than before. No significant changes in nutritional status were observed before and after the intervention, but BMI was significantly lower after the intervention than before in the subjects as a whole and in the late-aged subjects.
