- 本研究の内容に関する説明を受けた後、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた人
- 主治医から運動療法の実施を勧められている人

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

- 研究開始10か月以内に指定運動療法施設あるいはフィットネス施設を利用していた人
- 指定運動療法施設に所属する人（研究結果に影響を及ぼす可能性を排除するため）

- Person who used fitness clubs within 10 months before the start of this study
- Person who belong to the medical fitness clubs (to eliminate the possibility of influencing the study results)

主な結果/Results

日本語
一群前後比較試験の結果、6ヵ月の介入後の医療費には有意な変化が認められなかった。
本研究は、6ヶ月の「標準的な運動プログラム」が医療費に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることはできなかった。
本研究のもうひとつの目的である実行可能性研究（フィージビリティスタディ）としては、運動プログラム介入研究へ参加者から大きな課題なく医療費情報を得ることが可能であることが確認された。

Results of a one-arm before-and-after comparison study showed no significant change in medical costs after a six-month intervention.
This study was unable to determine the impact of a 6-month "standard exercise program" on medical costs.
As for the other objective of this study, a feasibility study, it was confirmed that it is possible to obtain medical cost information from participants to exercise program intervention studies without major challenges.
