2008年4月から2022年3月までに当院で造血幹細胞移植を受け、2022年2月から2023年3月に「移植後LTFU＆予防接種外来」もしくは「血液内科主治医の外来」を１回以上受診し継続して外来フォローしている患者の家族

Received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at our hospital from April 2008 to March 2022, and performed "Post-transplant LTFU & Vaccination Outpatient" or "Hematology Doctor's Outpatient" at least once from February 2022 to March 2023. Family of patients who have undergone an outpatient follow-up

家族年齢は50代（35％）が最も多く、性別は女性が72％であった。移植時と同様の仕事を継続（45％）し、相談相手（90％）を持っていた。患者との関係は配偶者/パートナーが81％であり、ほとんど毎回一緒に外来受診に来院（96％）されていた。移植後５年以内の家族が多かった（65％）。CQOLCの結果、心理的負担感では男性（p=0.02）と5年以上前の移植（p=0.02）、介護肯定感では男性（p＜0.01）とGVHDあり(p＜0.01)、経済的負担感では、20歳から40歳代（p=0.02）と男性（p=0.01）、介護による生活の支障では、病状（p=0.04）、患者年齢20歳から40歳代（p=0.01）で高値であった。SF36v2の結果、国民平均とは有意な差はなかった。社会生活機能は、相談相手がいる(p＜0.01)と5年以上前の移植（p=0.02）、心の健康は男性(p＜0.01) と５年以上前の移植（p=0.03）で有意な差を認めた。

The majority of family members were in their 50s (35%), and 72% were women. Many continued working in the same job as at the time of transplantation (45%) and had someone to consult with (90%). The relationship to the patient was predominantly a spouse/partner (81%), and most accompanied the patient to outpatient visits nearly every time (96%). A significant proportion were families of patients within 5 years post-transplantation (65%).
