(1) 精神疾患の診断・統計マニュアル第5版（DSM-5）による大うつ病性障害または統合失調症の診断を受けていること
(2) 同意能力を有すること
(3) 18歳以上であること
(4) 実施施設精神科初診日から2年以内であること

1. Diagnosis of major depressive disorder or schizophrenia according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5)
2. Capacity to provide informed consent
3. 18 years of age or older
4. Within 2 years of the first visit to participating sites

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 器質性精神障害、知的障害、てんかんの既往歴を有するもの
(2) 臨床的に不安定な身体疾患を有するもの
(3) 自殺の危険性があるなど、安全性に懸念があると主治医や責任医師が判断した場合

1. History of organic mental disorder, intellectual disability, or epilepsy
2. Presence of unstable physical conditions
3. Significant suicidal risk, or other factors that raise safety concerns as judged by the patient's treating physician or study investigator
