日本語
プレコンセプションケアは、将来の妊娠や出産について考え、今の自分の生活や健康に向き合うことを目的として実施されており、プレコンセプションケアの講義を受けることにより、健康に関する意識向上につながるということが明らかになっている。そこで、本研究では女子大学生へプレコンセプションケアを実施し、プレコンセプションケアの教育効果を明らかにすることを目的とする。また、プレコンセプションケアは主に対面講義形式で実施されているが、現在社会ではDX化に伴いICTの活用が推進されている。したがって、本研究ではDX化に対応したオンラインでのプレコンセプションケアの実施においても、対面での実施と同様に意識の変化や行動変容の効果がみられるのか明らかにすることも目的とする。
また、プレコンセプションケアを受けることで、妊娠前の女性が自身の健康について改めて考え、行動変容するきっかけとなると考えられる。

Preconception care is implemented for the purpose of thinking about future pregnancy and childbirth and facing one's current life and health, and it has been shown that attending preconception care lectures leads to increased health-related awareness. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to implement preconception care to female university students and to clarify the educational effects of preconception care. In addition, preconception care is mainly conducted in the form of face-to-face lectures, but the use of ICT is currently being promoted in society as a result of the shift to DX. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to clarify whether online preconception care, which corresponds to DX, is as effective as face-to-face care in changing awareness and behavior.
In addition, we believe that preconception care will encourage preconception women to rethink about their own health and change their behavior.

主な結果/Results

プレコンセプションケアは、対面とオンデマンドどちらの方法で実施しても効果があった。特に、受講前から関心が高い事柄に関してはオンデマンドの方がより効果的であることが示唆された。事前に参加者の興味関心を把握し、参加者の特徴に合わせて実施方法を工夫することで、より効果的にプレコンセプションケアが実施できる。

PreconceptionCare was effective in both face-to-face and on-demand methods. In particular, it was suggested that the on-demand method was more effective for matters in which there was a high level of interest prior to the course. PreconceptionCare can be implemented more effectively by understanding the interests of participants in advance and devising implementation methods that match the characteristics of the participants.
