余剰部分を牽引帯としてチューブの位置・向きを制御することで、手術の手技の確実性を担保し、
チューブ視認性を確保して経過観察を容易にして、合併症のリスク低減を目論む。

Cases with glaucoma requiring tube shunt surgery while fixing into the vitreous cavity is applicable

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

角膜内皮細胞密度が1000/mm2未満の症例
有水晶体眼で水晶体再建術が適応とならない症例
他チューブシャント手術が適応とならない症例

Phakic while cataract surgery is not applicable.
Cases for which tube shunt surgery is not applicable by any other reasons
