止血鉗子の止血回数、止血鉗子による止血時間、治療時間（全体、粘膜切開、粘膜下層剥離）、剥離速度、一括切除、完全一括切除、治癒切除(各内視鏡的根治度)、切除検体における粘膜下層の厚さ・熱変性、使用した粘膜下局注液の種類・量、術者交代、トラクション使用、有害事象

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
(1)内視鏡検査で胃上皮性腫瘍と診断され、ESDが行われる患者
(2)生検で組織学的に腺腫もしくは腺癌と診断された患者
(3)同意取得時における年齢が満20歳以上の患者
(4)Performance Statusが0, 1, 2のいずれかである。
(5)本研究計画について十分説明を受け、患者本人が十分理解でき、本人による同意が可能な患者

(1)Presence of EGN diagnosed by endoscopy and capable of undergoing ESD as a local treatment
(2)Lesions diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy as gastric adenomas or adenocarcinomas
(3)20 years old or more
(4)Performance Status: 0, 1, 2
(5)Informed consent is obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)胃の手術歴のある患者
(2)透析中の患者
(3)周術期にヘパリンの持続投与を要する患者
(4)内視鏡検査が禁忌とされる患者(イレウス、消化管穿孔、重篤な呼吸器疾患及び循環器疾患を有する患者)
(5)担当医が対象として不適切と判断した患者

(2)Currently undergoing dialysis
(3)Requiring continuous administration of heparin during the perioperative period.
(4)Those with contraindications for endoscopy
(5)Patients judged to be inappropriate for the study by the attending physician in this trial
