① 慢性閉塞性肺疾患で通院中の患者（気管支喘息合併も含む）
② 同意が得られた患者

1.Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (including bronchial asthma)
2. Patients with consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
① 肺機能検査、アンケートなどに回答できない患者
② ＣＯＰＤ、気管支喘息以外の肺疾患がある患者（肺癌、間質性肺炎など）
③ 主治医が不適格と判断した患者
④ 同意が得られなかった患者

1. Patients who cannot respond to pulmonary function tests, questionnaires, etc.
2.Patients with lung diseases other than COPD and bronchial asthma (e.g., lung cancer, interstitial pneumonia)
3.Patients deemed ineligible by the attending physician
4.Patients who could not give consent.
