ダンス運動群は、週に1回のコーチによるオンラインレッスン、60分間（詳細は別紙参照）とホームトレーニングとして、ビデオによるダンス30分間（動作確認、レッスン）を行い、エクササイズを実施する。

The dance exercise group will have one online lesson per week with a coach, 60 minutes (see Appendix for details) and 30 minutes of video dance (movement review and lesson) as a home trainer to perform the exercises.

アクティブコントロール群は、ストレッチ、柔軟性、リラクゼーションのエクササイズ（筋力、バランス、有酸素運動、機能的訓練を除く）を週に3回、セッションごとに30分間行うように指示された。これらのエクササイズは、PD患者のために作成されたいくつかの理学療法プログラムから選択された。

The active control group was instructed to perform stretching, flexibility, and relaxation exercises (excluding strength, balance, aerobic, and functional training) three times a week for 30 minutes per session. These exercises were selected from several physical therapy programs created for persons with Parkinson's disease.

・MDSのPD診断基準を満たしている者
・H＆Y１～３の者

Those who meet the PD diagnostic criteria for MDS.
H&Y 1-3

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・過去1カ月に服薬の変更があった者
・歩行が困難な方
・神経学的、整形外科的、また循環器の側面から、ダンスによる運動またはストレッチを行うに適さない者
・視覚・聴覚に障害があり、研究への参加に制限をきたす場合
・MMSE24/30点以下の者
・自宅でインターネットに接続できない方
・本人あるいはサポートする方がmHealthの操作方法が困難な場合

Those who have changed their medication in the past month.
Those who have difficulty walking
Neurological, orthopedic, and/or cardiovascular conditions that render them unfit to perform dance exercise or resistance training.
Those who score less than 24/30 on the MMSE
Those who do not have access to the Internet at home.
In case you or your support person have difficulty in operating mHealth.
