目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	パーソナルヘルスレコードおよびIoTデバイスを活用した健康管理アプリを用いてメタボリック症候群の診断基準該当者の生活に介入し、行動変容ステージや健診による健診結果データの変化を評価。	Intervene in the lives of people who meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome using a personal health record and a health management application that utilizes IoT devices to evaluate changes in behavior change stages and health examination results data from health checkups.

性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	メタボリック症候群に該当するもしくはメタボリック症候群予備群と判断された方	Those who are determined to have metabolic syndrome or to be in the pre-metabolic syndrome group in the health checkup
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	１．タボリック症候群もしくはメタボリック症候群予備群に該当しない方 ２. 糖尿病に対してインスリン自己注射管理中の方 ３．研究責任者または研究分担者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した対象者	1. those who do not have metabolic syndrome or are not in the pre-metabolic syndrome group 2. those on insulin self-injection management for diabetes mellitus 3. subjects who are deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator or a research associate.
