人工歯肉付きのインプラントブリッジの粘膜面の清掃は困難な事も多く，細菌が凝集したプラーク（バイオフィルム）が形成されることがしばしばある．
近年開発された義歯への細菌の付着を予防するための口腔内装置用コーティング材料をインプラントブリッジに応用して細菌学的に検証することを目的とした.

Cleaning the mucosal surface of an implant bridge is difficult, and adhered plaque with aggregated bacteria forms.
The purpose of this study was to apply recently developed intraoral appliance coating materials for preventing bacterial adhesion to dentures to implant bridges and to verify them bacteriologically.

粘膜面の材料がレジンのスクリューリテインのフルマウスインプラントブリッジが装着されている患者

Patient have a full-mouth implant bridge with screw retainers of resin mucosal surface material

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)粘膜面の材料がレジン以外で本医療材料の適応外のブリッジが装着されている患者
(2)ブリッジが固定式の患者．認知症でセルフケアを行うことが難しい患者
(3)定期メインテナンス治療を受けていないもの
(4)過去3ヶ月以内に抗菌薬投与が行われているもの
(5)本研究への同意が得られなかったもの

英語
Patients with (1)bridges whose mucosal surface material is other than resin,and(2)fixed bridges,(3)dementia who have difficulty performing self-care,(4)not receiving regular maintenace treatment,(5)receiving medications such as antimicrobial agents for systemic diseases within 3 months(6),did not consent to this study.
