選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	健診者および消化器疾患患者	Subjects who underwent a medical checkup and subjects with digestive system diseases
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	＜GERD除外基準＞ ・消化管手術既往者 ・消化管疾患（ＧＥＲＤを含む）で治療を受けている者 ・消化管疾患（ＧＥＲＤを含む）で経過観察されている者 ・内視鏡検査時に消化管癌を指摘された者 ・悪性腫瘍併存者 ＜NAFLD除外基準＞ ・HBs抗原陽性者 ・HCV抗体陽性者 ・その他の肝疾患罹患者 ・20g/日以上の飲酒者 ・悪性腫瘍併存者 ＜上記以外の消化器疾患の除外基準＞ ・消化器疾患の手術既往者 ・悪性腫瘍併存者	<Subjects who fulfill the exclusion criteria for gastroesophageal reflux disease> 1. Subjects who had a history of digestive tract surgery 2. Subjects visiting the hospital for treatment for intestinal disease including GERD 3. Subjects who are followed up for intestinal disease including GERD 4. Subjects who were diagnosed with upper intestinal cancer at the time of esophagogastroduodenoscopy 5. Subjects who had a malignant tumor <Subjects who fulfill the exclusion criteria for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease> 1. Subjects who were positive for hepatitis B surface antigen 2. Subjects who were positive for hepatitis C antibody 3. Subjects who had a history of various hepatic disorders 4. Subjects who consumed 20 g/day or more of alcohol 5. Subjects who had a malignant tumor <Subjects who fulfill the exclusion criteria for various digestive system diseases excluding above mentioned disease> 1. Subjects who had a history of digestive organ surgery 2. Subjects who had a malignant tumor
