選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	北九州市の4つの周産期センターで妊娠12週から25週の間に頸管縫縮術を受けた妊婦	Pregnant women who underwent cerclage from 12 to 25 weeks gestation in four perinatal medical centers between January 2009 and December 2010
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	予後不明妊婦および多胎妊婦	Prognosis unknown and multiple pregnant women
