潰瘍性大腸炎患者と クローン病患者、及び対照群（当科に通院する基礎疾患を持たない患者、ただし悪性ではない大腸ポリープを有する患者は含める）

20 歳以上の者

自由意思による研究参加の同意を本人から文書で取得可能な者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・大腸悪性腫瘍を有する者

・「抗血栓薬服用者に対する消化器内視鏡診療ガイドライン」(7)に記載の生検禁忌となる抗凝固薬を
内服している者
・本人の同意が得られない者
・感染症法に基づく届け出が必要な感染症を合併している者
・研究責任（分担）医師が被検者として不適当と判断した者
