選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
総合周産期母子医療センターのNICU・GCUに勤務する看護者で、以下の基準に適合した者

1．クリニカルラダーレベルⅡ以上（目安：臨床経験年数2～3年目以上）のNICU・GCU看護者
＊推奨はクリニカルラダーレベルⅡ～Ⅳ相当とする（目安：臨床経験年数2～10年未満）。
2．NICUにおいてEnd-of-Lifeケア経験のある者
3．GCU看護者は、NICU勤務経験およびEnd-of-Lifeケア経験があり、今後NICUで勤務予定がある者とする。
4．本研究の趣旨に同意し、自由意思に基づいて参加を同意した者

Nurses working in the NICU/GCU of the Comprehensive Perinatal Maternal and Child Health Center who meet the following criteria

1.NICU/GCU nurses at Clinical Ladder Level II or higher (guideline: 2-3 years or more of clinical experience)
Recommendation is equivalent to Clinical Ladder Level II-IV (guideline: less than 2-10 years of clinical experience).
2.Those with End-of-Life care experience in the NICU
3.GCU nurses must have experience working in the NICU and End-of-Life care and plan to work in the NICU in the future.
4.Those who agree with the purpose of this study and agree to participate freely and voluntarily.
