目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	食事管理支援アプリ利用が生活者にどのような変化をもたらすのかを食行動ログ及び標準化されたアンケートを用いて観察し、アプリの使用効果の推定に役立てる。さらに、生活習慣病の食事管理に役立つアプリの開発へとつなげる。	We will observe how the use of dietary management support apps brings about changes in testers using food behavior logs and standardized questionnaires, and use this information to estimate the effects of app use. We further aim to develop apps useful for dietary management of lifestyle-related diseases.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1) 研究参加に関して電磁的方法による同意が得られた人 2) スマートフォン(iOS,Android)を所持し、操作可能な人 3) おいしい健康の食事テーマのうち「糖尿病(2型)」、「健康診断で気になる数値がある」、「栄養摂取(健康的な食生活・病気予防)」に該当する人 4) 新規に「おいしい健康アプリ」を利用する人	1) Persons who have agreed with electromagnetic consent to participate in the study 2) Persons who own and can operate a smartphone (iOS, Android) 3) Persons who have "Diabetes (Type 2)", "Concerned about a number in a health checkup", or "Need nutrition support" among the "Delicious Healthy Diet Themes". 4) New users of the "Delicious Healthy App"
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 治療のために運動制限が必要な人 2) 選択基準に示した疾患以外の疾患を有する人 3) 妊娠中・妊娠の可能性がある人 4) 精神疾患を有する人 5) 研究責任者が研究への組み入れを不適切と判断した人	1) Persons requiring exercise restriction for treatment 2) Persons with diseases other than those indicated in the selection criteria 3) Pregnant or possibly pregnant 4) Persons with mental disorders 5) Persons who are judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate for inclusion in the study

その他関連情報/Other related information	スマートフォンアプリ「おいしい健康」を新規に利用開始する人(耐糖能異常を有する人、有さない人)を対象に、「おいしい健康アプリ」を調査期間(3ヶ月間)に利用してもらい、4週間毎に標準化された調査票(食生活習慣・生活の質に関する項目)などのアンケートに回答してもらう。その際、体重、HbA1cを自己申告式で回答してもらう。	New users of the "Oishi Kenko" smartphone application (people with and without impaired glucose tolerance) will be asked to use the "Oishi Kenko" application during the research period (3 months) and complete a standardized questionnaire (items related to dietary habits and quality of life) and other questionnaires every 4 weeks. The participants will be also asked to self-report their weight and HbA1c values.
