目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究では消化管上皮性腫瘍検体を用いて、ゲノムシークエンスおよび遺伝子発現解析を行い、診断に有用な遺伝子変異やバイオマーカーとなる遺伝子の同定を目指すことが第一の目的である。さらに、各々の遺伝子に関連して免疫染色・in situ hybridizationを用いた病理学的検討を加え、消化管上皮性腫瘍の分子基盤の解明、ならびにそれに基づく腫瘍化機序の解明を目指すことが、本研究の最終目標である。

the main purpose of this study is to perform genome sequencing and gene expression analysis using gastrointestinal epithelial tumor samples, and to identify genes that are useful for diagnosis and as biomarkers. Furthermore, the final goal of this study is to elucidate the molecular basis of gastrointestinal epithelial tumors and to elucidate the mechanism of tumorization based on pathological studies using immunostaining and in situ hybridization of each gene.

東京大学医学部附属病院光学医療診療部での消化管内視鏡検査施行時に、生検又は内視鏡的切除（EMR又はESD）された検体、もしくは東京大学医学部附属病院で外科切除された検体で、すでにホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋された検体を用いる。

Samples that have been biopsied or endoscopically (EMR or ESD) or surgically removed at the University of Tokyo Hospital, and already formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded specimens are used.
