選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	銀行において預金・信託取引および遺言信託のサービスを受けている、または受けようとする65歳以上の方	Persons 65 years of age or older who are receiving or intend to receive deposit/trust transactions and testamentary trust services at the bank.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	改訂長谷川式簡易知能検査が20点以下で、公証人に遺言能力なしと判断された方	Those who score 20 or below on the Hasegawa dementia scale revised and are judged by a notary public to have no capacity to make a will.
