目的1/Narrative objectives1

本研究では、糞便、消化管粘膜や体液（唾液、胃液、膵液、胆汁、尿など）とその細菌叢および代謝産物を解析することで、消化器疾患と細菌叢の関わりを明らかにすることを目的とした。また消化管及び肝臓、膵臓などの組織からのゲノム、トランスクリプトーム、メタボロームや蛋白の同定など網羅的な遺伝子及び蛋白の解析を行うことで生体側の病態と細菌叢との関連も明らかにし、その結果を統合的に解析し検討することで、より的確な病態評価と新しい治療介入へと結びつけることを目標とする。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationships between digestive disease and gut microbiota by analyzing bacterial flora and metabolites of feces, gastrointestinal mucosa, body fluids and so on.
Moreover, we also conduct comprehensive analyses such as transcriptome and metabolome from tissues of the digestive organ. Through these analyses, we would like to develop new therapeutic interventions.

① 採取部位、生検部位、疾患群別の細菌叢の異同の評価
② 疾患に特異的な細菌の同定

⑥ 生検材料を用いた生体側のゲノム(DNA レベル)やトランスクリプトーム(RNA レベル)、メタボローム(代謝産物レベル)や蛋白などの網羅的評価
⑦ 短鎖脂肪酸などのメタボロームおよび蛋白質の解析
⑧ 糞便などの代謝産物と腸内細菌叢や消化器疾患との関連
⑨ 呼気中の希ガス成分と腸内細菌叢や消化器疾患との関連
⑩　糞便培養や血中免疫細胞培養などによる効果的なプロバイオティクス／プレバイオティクスの探索

1. 本研究の参加にあたり、十分な説明を受けた後に、十分な理解の上に、本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者
2. 消化器疾患（食道癌、胃癌、十二指腸腫瘍、小腸・大腸腫瘍、肝癌、胆道癌、膵臓癌、胃食道逆流症、胃炎、機能性消化管障害、炎症性腸疾患、慢性肝炎、肝硬変、胆膵炎症性疾患など）と診断された患者

1. Patients obtained written informed consent after fully explanation of this study and their understandings.
2. Patients diagnosed with
Digestive disease(esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, duodenal tumor, small intestine / colon tumor, liver cancer, biliary tract cancer, pancreatic cancer, GERD, gastritis, functional dyspepsia, IBD, chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, inflammatory disease of biliary and pancreas, etc.)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

2. 重度の臓器障害のある患者
3. 文書による同意が得られない患者
4. その他、研究責任者、研究分担者が不適切と判断した患者
