組み入れ参加者数/Number of participants that the trial has enrolled	8467
主な結果/Results	成人ALLの同種移植成績は過去30年間で改善していたが、Ph＋ALLのCR1に対する移植成績における再発率の改善が顕著であった。非再発死亡はPhの有無にかかわらず、いずれの病期でも改善を認めた。non-Phのうち、t(4;11), t(8;14), t(14;18), hypodiploidyでは30年間で生存率の改善がほとんど認められなかった。	Allo-HCT outcomes for adults with ALL have improved over the past 30 years. Non-relapse mortality was improved regardless of Philadelphia chromosome (Ph) status and disease status. Although there were continual improvements in adjusted survival for Ph-positive patients, the improvement was inadequate for Ph- patients with t(4;11), t(8;14), t(14;18), or hypodiploidy.
