目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究は，患者がスマートフォンにより使用可能な歯周病治療を支援するアプリケーション（医療機器プログラム）を開発し，その効果を検証することとする．	This study aims to develop an application (medical device program) to support periodontal disease treatment that can be used by patients via smartphones, and to verify its effectiveness.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	プラークコントロールレコード 術前時，治療開始（コントロール群ではダミー）後１ヶ月後，３ヶ月後，６ヶ月後の計３回	Plaque control record Preoperatively, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after the start of treatment (dummy in the control group), for a total of 3 times.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	プロービングポケットデプス ブリーディングオンプロービング プラークインデックス ジンジバルインデックス 潜血反応 術前時，治療開始（コントロール群ではダミー）後１ヶ月後，３ヶ月後，６ヶ月後の計３回	Probing Pocket Depth Bleeding On Probing Plaque Index Gingival Index Occult blood test Preoperatively, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after the start of treatment (dummy in the control group), for a total of 3 times.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	介入群（通常メインテナンス＋歯周病治療支援アプリ＋計測機器）（介入期間：介入開始３ヶ月間） 歯周病メインテナンス：通常のメインテナンスを行う． ・アプリに患者が入力する項目 -朝・昼・夜・間食の有無と内容 -各食後の歯磨き実施有無、フロス使用有無、歯間ブラシの使用有無 -洗口剤の使用有無、睡眠、運動 -専属のDHより送られる助言が記載されたメールの既読履歴 ・計測機器によって記録される項目 -潜血反応（ペリオスクリーン（サンスター）を使用） 週一度	Intervention group (usual maintenance + periodontal disease treatment support application + measurement device) (Intervention period: 3 months after the start of the intervention) Periodontal maintenance: Perform normal periodontal maintenance. Fields to be entered by the patient in the application -The presence and content of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks -Brushing after each meal, flossing, use of interdental brush -Mouthwash use or not, sleep, exercise -Read history of emails with advice sent by your DH Items recorded by measuring instruments -Precipitated blood reaction (using Perioscreen (Sunstar)) once per week
介入2/Interventions/Control_2	対照群（通常メインテナンス＋ダミーアプリ＋計測機器） 歯周病メインテナンス：通常のメインテナンスを行う． ・アプリに患者が入力する項目 -体重 -食事内容	Control group (normal maint + dummy app + measuring device) Periodontal maintenance: Perform normal periodontal maintenance. Fields to be entered by the patient in the application -Weight -Meals

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	東京医科歯科大学病院に来院し，歯周病治療を終了し、メインテナンス中の患者40名（性別の制限は設けない）	40 patients who visited Tokyo Medical and Dental University Hospital, completed periodontal disease treatment and were undergoing maintenance (no gender restriction)
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	残存歯が19本以下である者 臼歯の咬合支持が4ユニット以下である者 可撤性義歯使用者 顎関節症を有する者 口腔運動障害を有することが確認できる者 精神疾患を有する者 抗菌薬治療を現在受けている者 重篤な全身疾患を有している者（医師から本研究の参加が認められないと判断された者）	Those with 19 or fewer remaining teeth Those whose molars have less than 4 units of occlusal support Removable Denture Users Persons with temporomandibular joint disorder Persons with verifiable oral motor impairment Persons with mental illness Currently receiving antimicrobial therapy Persons with serious systemic illnesses (who have been judged by a physician to be unacceptable for participation in this study)
