目的1/Narrative objectives1	健常成人において日常の食事内容で食べる順番が血糖変動に影響するか否かを評価する。	We aimed to evaluate whether the meal sequence in the real-life diet affects postprandial glucose variability in healthy people.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	試験食の食後4時間までの血糖推移を持続血糖モニター（CGM）を用いて評価する。	Postprandial glucose concentrations after the test meals are measured over 4 hours using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM).

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	50 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	BMI 16-30 kg/m2の健常成人	Healthy volunteers ,whose body mass index are 16-30 kg/m2
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	（１）持続血糖モニターの粘着剤にアレルギー症状のある者 （２）消化器系に手術歴のある者 （３）妊娠中、もしくは妊娠の可能性がある者	(1)those who had allergic symptoms to adhesives of continuous glucose monitoring sensors (2)those with a history of gastrointestinal tract surgery (3)those who were pregnant or potentially pregnant.
