目的1/Narrative objectives1	血液と冠動脈プラーク病変部において、体細胞遺伝子変異の有無をエキソーム解析で明らかにする。	To clarify the involvement of somatic mutation in blood and coronary culprit plaques in coronary artery disease patients.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	血液と冠動脈プラーク病変部における、体細胞遺伝子変異の有無	The existence of somatic mutation in blood and coronary culprit plaques
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	1、血液と冠動脈プラークで体細胞遺伝子変異している細胞の割合とゲノムの位置情報。 2、冠動脈プラークのCT cMRIによる評価 3、冠動脈プラークの組織学的な評価　。 4、血液と冠動脈プラークのシングルセルRNAシークエンス＋シングルセルATACシークエンスを行い、それぞれの免疫細胞における1細胞レベルでRNAの発現レベルとエピゲノム制御。 5、血液と冠動脈プラークの体細胞遺伝子変異の有無とシングルセルRNAシークエンス＋シングルセルATACシークエンス解析を組み合わせて、変異の有無が与えるシングルセルレベルでのRNA発現、エピゲノム制御。 6、血清のメタボローム解析	1, The ratio of somatic mutation and the place in gene map of somatic mutation. 2, CT or MRI evaluation of coronary plaques 3, Histological evaluation 4, Single cell RNA and ATAC sequencing of blood and coronary culprit plaque samples 5, The interaction of somatic mutations and single cell RN and ATAC sequencing of blood and coronary culprit plaque samples. 6, Metabolomics in plasma

年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	(1) PCI施行時点で20歳以上の患者。 (2) 冠動脈狭窄に対して方向性粥腫切除術（DCA）手技が施行される予定の患者。 (3) 本人により文書による同意を得られた患者。	1, Patients of 20 year of age or over 2, Patients who are candidates for DCA 3, Patients for whom written consent has been obtained by the individual
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	(1) ステロイド剤を服用している方 (2) 癌の治療中の方、 (3) BおよびC型肝炎ウイルスに罹患されている方 (4) その他、本研究の担当医師が不適当と判断した患者。	Patients taking steroids or undergoing treatment for cancer, or suffering from hepatitis B and C viruses Other patients who are deemed inappropriate by the physician in charge of the study.
