選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 僧帽弁置換術あるいは僧帽弁形成術施行時点で20歳以上の患者
(2) 僧帽弁逆流症に対して僧帽弁置換術あるいは僧帽弁形成術が施行される予定であり、術前に心臓MRIの施行歴のある患者
(3) 本人により文書による同意を得られた患者

(1) Patients 20 years of age or older at the time of mitral valve plasty or mitral valve replacement
(1) Patients who underwent cardiac MRI prior to mitral valve plasty or mitral valve replacement
(3) Patients for whom written consent has been obtained by the individual

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) ステロイド剤を服用している方、自己免疫疾患、癌の治療中の方、BおよびC型肝炎ウイルスに罹患されている方
(2) その他、本研究の担当医師が不適当と判断した患者

(1) Patients taking steroids, autoimmune diseases, undergoing treatment for cancer, or suffering from hepatitis B and C viruses
(2) Other patients who are deemed inappropriate by the physician in charge of the study
