目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
遺伝子変異に起因した神経難病患者を対象に、匿名化した上でiPS細胞 (induced pluripotent stem cells：人工多能性幹細胞) を作製する。患者由来のiPS細胞を用いて、遺伝子変異に起因した神経難病のメカニズムを解析するとともに、既に他の疾患に対して保険承認されている既存薬の中で、薬物の有効性を検証する。

We will develop the iPSCs from the familial neurological relentless disease patients. Using the patient iPSCs, we will clear the neurological disease pathology and validate the effectiveness of the existing medicine, which is the drug repositioning model.

筋萎縮性側索硬化症、脊髄小脳変性症、アルツハイマー病、パーキンソン病、遺伝性ポリニューロパチー、筋ジストロフィ症、脳血管疾患の神経筋疾患の内、遺伝子変異が確認され、同意が得られた患者
